After landing 5 hybrids in the 5-8# range, I decided to run up to the truck and grab the crappy old cell phone to get some shots. Once I got back down to the river, they seemed to be a bit camera shy. My friend Tony finally landed one right before it got too dark (Apologies for the really crappy cell pic. Worse EVER):



When you caught one, 4-5 were chasing. I literally had to shoo the other fish away. I also landed 2 carp in the same weight range. It was a freakin fish orgy out there.

What are the creeks and rivers where y'all you fish these critters? The only spots I know to check out are big rivers and tail waters below dams. I would love to know other spots to check out. I'm not trying to be a pot licker.
