You are likely right about the fish in the pic. That didn't even occur to me. However, the two keepers that were boated were definitely specks. If the flounder and the ice bag weren't covering half the fish in the second pic you could see the spots. Even if I'd have recognized the difference, I'm not keeping a 12" fish. Its too much work.
