Since this is the "Braggin Board", I thought I'd take a minute and recap my 2009.

This was by far by best year of fishing. I caught my personal best 10-10 largemouth, my personal best 5-8 shoal bass, took numerous float trips with new friends and old friends alike and was able to fish new water in several states.

Here are a collection of some of my favorite photos from 2009.

** Shuttle service from the GA DNR ***

** 5lb 8oz Shoal Bass **

** wading the lower Flint **

** East Pittman Creek (FL) **

** Choctawahatcee River **

** Wrights Creek (FL) in a thunderstorm **

** Camping with Blackwater and DrJohn **

** At that time, seeing my biggest bass, a 9-5 largemouth caught by Junior Dyce's friend on the Wacissa River **

**4lb 13oz largemouth on Wacissa River **

** Fishing with FRF's Rossjj and DrJohn **

** DrJohn on Wacissa **

** With the Florida Wildlife Management (no citation) **

** the obligitory gator shot **

** Quite possibly the best bass fishery on the planet -- the Goose Pasture

** Yours truly on the Wacissa River **

** Loading up for an air boat shuttle because roads were under water **

** Creekstalker showing how it's done **

** Nothing like cooking at a campsite **

** Wacissa River 5lb 5oz largemouth **

** My crown jewel, 10pound 10oz largemouth bass **

** Favorite campsite **

** It is hard having this much fun **

** What it is all about -- taking a kid fishing! Here is FRF's BabeRuth with two bass caught on one lure at the same time **

** BabeRuth with a nice St Mark's largemouth **

** Meeting, fishing, and camping with FRF's Pip **

** Turkeys **

** Holmes Creek Bream **

** Shoal Bass in Florida!!!! **

** Friendly Gator on the Chipola River **

** Fishing with AlabamaRiverFishing buddies **

** Got to love Alabama spots **

** Big old Alabama River Largemouth, 5lb 2oz **

** From the caves of the Chipola River......

to the high bluffs of the Coosa River.....

to the costal waters of the Wakulla....

** Fishing with my brother-in-law, Kyle from Maine **

** Fishing with FRF's PastorRyan **

** The result of all the hard "work" **

Happy New Year!!!

Tight Lines,
The General

great pics General. hate to say it, but from the pics the fishing is almost secondary to the scenery.
